Cancellation Policy

Booking online is considered a consent to therapy. Please review the complete version of the consent form and sign. It is provided here at (https://forms.gle/7rVkkGQqqssAVmrh7) as well as on the bottom of this website on every page and it will be sent via email. It is recommended to complete and sign those form before booking. If you are unable to do it before booking, it is suggested to review and sign them after booking. Nonetheless, continuing to check out for services will be considered a form of consent for services rendered.
