Service Description

Psychological evaluation is an assessment process in order to receive a proper diagnoses and treatment plan. I can virtually assess ages 3 to 99 for all mental health diagnoses and/or for surgical clearance: Diagnoses: Depression, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Personality Disorder, etc. Once you schedule you appointment you will receive an email with instructions regarding the assessments and diagnostic interview pocess. A deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The remaining fee is invoiced after the completion of the appointment. Once invoice is paid and testing is completed, the report is sent to the client within 2-3weeks. Please speak with Ms. Brooks if you need it sooner than 2-3 weeks. If the appointment is cancelled by the client, they are entitled to 50% refund of the deposit.
